The next Lau Gar Kung Fu gradings will be on Saturday 1st December at Kingsdown Sports Centre at 13.15 please make sure your instructor as registered your full name and grade you are taking

There will be a First Aid and Anatomy Course at Kingsdown Sports Centre on 27th January which will start at 11.30am with Anatomy until 13.00 then First Aid 13.30 until 15.00. The course will cost £35.00 each or £60.00 for both. These courses will be delivered by Andy Nation who is a 7th Degree Black
