Exmouth Summer Training Camp June 09 – Report and Photos!

A big WELL DONE to everyone who came on the famous Bristol Lau Gar summer training camp at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth last weekend. This year the group was divided into two teams – Team SNAKE and Team DRAGON. after a 3 day fierce battle over many exciting and tiring challenges including early morning hill runs, burpees a plenty and beach madness it was a close contest! But in the end the Snakes one by a few points to take the first exmouth camp team challenge crown! well done to all and we look forward to seeing new and returning faces at winter camp…. watch this space!!
