I can motivate you and help you focus on your personal fitness goals. We will start by having a consultation where we will discuss your training and medical history and set goals. We can use the varied equipment at the gym. I also have extensive knowledge of bodyweight exercises and like to emphasise the importance of core strength and posture with my clients. I have often worked alongside physiotherapists helping clients to rehabilitate injuries, and have also trained a number of people for events such as Tough Guy (trained the team that went on to win), Tough Mudda, Super Human Games, Himalayan bike trek, Everest Advanced Base Camp trek, white collar boxing, and cage fighting shows.
